SIKESTON-The Missouri Department of Transportation plans to replace the Route 19 bridge over Hurricane Creek in Shannon County. This bridge is located between Route 19A and County Road 156.
A temporary bypass will be constructed adjacent to the existing structure to allow the roadway to remain open throughout construction.
Additional right-of-way will be necessary. Construction could begin as early as spring 2024.
