HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.
All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.
Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.
Adair County
Route P – May 16 – 18, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from U.S. Route 63 to the end of state maintenance on Route P between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Route V – May 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Salt River Lane to Redtail Hawk Lance between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Route V – May 23, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Twin Oaks to Missouri Route 6 Lance between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Clark County
Route CC – May 15, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 21 to CR 27 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Route CC – May 16, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 384 to end of Route CC between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Route CC – May 17, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route 81 to CR 390 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Route Y – May 24, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Missouri Route 81 to CR 146 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Route Y – May 25, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Route HH to CR 134 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route Y – May 26, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from CR 144 to CR 146 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Missouri Route 47 – May 17, LANE RESTRICTION for brush cutting operations from Dollar General in Winfield to Myer Road between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A 10-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

Route BB – May 16, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Jade Place to Intrepid Road between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route BB – May 17, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Interlude Road to Route C between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route FF – May 18, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Greyhound Street to Ginger Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route FF – May 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Ginger Street to Heron Street between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route T – May 23, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Galaxy Avenue to Route C between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Missouri Route 161 – May 15 – May 18, CLOSED from 500 ft. before and after the bridge over Elk Horn Creek, for core drilling operations between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Missouri Route 161 – May 22 – May 25, CLOSED from 500 ft. before and after the bridge over Elk Horn Creek, for bridge maintenance operations between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
Randolph County
Route AA – May 22, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from 1,400 feet North of CR 2680 to 2,000 feet North of CR 2680 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route AA – May 23, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from 3,500 feet North of CR 2680 to 3,700 feet North of CR 2680 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route J – May 24, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from four miles East of U.S. Route 63 to four one-half miles East of U.S. Route 63 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route J – May 25, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from four and one-half miles East of U.S. Route 63 to five miles East of U.S. Route 63 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route J – May 26, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from six and one-half miles East of U.S. Route 63 to seven miles East of U.S. Route 63 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Scotland County
Route B – May 17 & 18, CLOSED for seal coating operations from the Iowa state line to U.S. Route 136, 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday and Tuesday.

With an increased number of highway work zones in Missouri, we urge all drivers to pay attention every second while driving, especially through a work zone.
