ST. LOUIS – Residents who use Route 267 (Lemay Ferry Road) between Lindbergh and the limits of the city of St. Louis may want to attend an upcoming open house style public meeting about the corridor.
The meeting is Tuesday, May 9 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church, 765 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis MO 63125.
The Missouri Department of Transportation will hold the open house-style public meeting to share information about an upcoming project along the corridor, with work projected to start in late 2024. The project will update signals within the corridor and sidewalks on MoDOT right of way and resurface the roadway between Lindbergh and the limits of the city of St. Louis.
The meeting will be between 4 and 6 p.m.
During the meeting, MoDOT engineers will share information about the project, schedule, and expected impacts to commuters for the project, discuss project plans and hear concerns from residents along the corridor.
There will be no formal presentation. Participants may attend the meeting at any time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
People who require a reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this event, can contact Alvin Nieves-Rosario before May 2 at Alvin.Nieves-Rosario@modot.mo.gov or call or text 314-370-3791 to discuss your accessibility needs.
For those who are unable to attend the meeting in person, the information shared during the meeting as well as a survey form will be available at https://www.modot.org/route-267-lemay-ferry-resurfacing-and-sidewalk-project. People are welcome to view the information and provide comments about the roadway until Tuesday, May 23.
This meeting will allow the public to share their thoughts and concerns about the corridor and to provide comments, either directly to the engineers or through the survey, on those concerns.
