Pavement repairs will require flagging operations in Cass county on April 29

 

CASS COUNTY – Crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will be making pavement repairs throughout various portions of Cass County next week. This work will require flagging operations in the area and motorists should be prepared to stop. All work is weather permitting.

  • Saturday, April 29
    • A flagging operation will be in place along southbound MO Route 291 at Hubach Hill Rd. beginning at 7 a.m. until approximately 7 p.m. Motorists should be prepared to stop in the area.
    • A flagging operation will be in place along MO Route 7 between Rice Street and Delaware Street beginning at 7 a.m. until approximately 7 p.m. Motorists should be prepared to stop in the area.
    • A flagging operation will be in place along northbound MO Route 291 at Route P beginning at 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Motorists should be prepared to stop in the area.
    • A flagging operation will be in place along southbound MO Route 7 (Mechanic Street) at Plaza Dr. just east of I-49 beginning at 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Motorists should be prepared to stop in the area.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
