Ramp closure planned for two nights this week in Jefferson City

Westbound U.S. Route 54 ramp to Missouri Boulevard

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Two overnight closures are planned this week for the westbound U.S. Route 54 ramp to Business Route 50 (Missouri Boulevard) in Jefferson City this week. Contractors working with the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close the ramp for guardrail work on Wednesday, April 26 and Thursday, April 27. The closure will begin at 9 p.m. each evening and reopen by 6 a.m. the following morning. During these two overnight closures, motorists will need to use an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones.
