Traffic Alert: Various lane closures scheduled for portion MO Route 7 beginning April 24

 

CASS COUNTY – Crews will be milling and resurfacing a portion of MO Route 7 between Harrisonville and Creighton beginning on Monday, April 24, through approximately mid-October 2023. This work will require intermittent lane closures in the area between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily. There could be delays in the area. All work is weather permitting. 

  • Northbound MO Route 7 work will begin on Monday, April 24, through approximately late June 2023.
  • Southbound MO Route 7 work will begin in late June 2023 until approximately mid-October 2023.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
