ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use Interstate 64 and Interstate 270 may want to consider alternate routes or allow extra time April 14-17 as MoDOT will close interchange ramps as part of on-going bridge rehabilitation.

The detour route for the northbound I-270 to westbound I-64 ramp will be to head east on I-64, exit at Spoede and get back onto westbound I-64.
