HANNIBAL – During its regular meeting on April 5, the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission awarded two contracts for four bridge rehabilitation projects in the Northeast District.
- A $1,182,615 contract was awarded to Bleigh Construction Company, for a bridge replacement project on Route M in Monroe County over Milligan Creek, one mile west of Route Y, near Middle Grove.
- A $2,486,413 contract was awarded to Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., for three bridge deck replacement projects in Monroe County at the following locations:
- Route D, over South Fork Salt River, one mile west or Route E, near Sante Fe.
- Route J, over Middle Fork Salt River, 0.5 miles east of Route OO, near Duncans Bridge.
- Route Z, over Brush Creek, approximately two miles north of Route D, near Strother.
