PETTIS COUNTY – Crews will be completing resurfacing operations as a collaborative effort with the City of Sedalia along Eastbound and Westbound U.S. Route 50 at the Katy Trail overpass between Massachusetts Road and Thompson Avenue. Operations will take place daily beginning at 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10 until mid-April. During maintenance operations, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Motorists will need to use caution. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
