Missouri Route 19 Reduced for ADA Sidewalk Improvements in Shannon County

WILLOW SPRINGS – Missouri Route 19 in Shannon County will be reduced to one lane as contractor crews construct sidewalks. This project is part of the Missouri Department of Transportation's initiative to bring roadway facilities into compliance with the current standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

The section of roadway is located on the west side of the road from Route 106 to Tom Akers Road in Eminence, Missouri. 

Weather permitting, work will take place Friday, March 24 through Monday, April 17 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.   

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling in the area.
