JEFFERSON CITY, Mo – Starting Monday, March 20, contractors with Capital Paving & Construction will be performing pavement and guardrail repairs along Missouri Route 179 in Jefferson City from RTE B to Truman Blvd. Work is set to take place during nighttime hours and will require a single lane closure.
Following the completion of the pavement and guardrail repairs, further milling work is scheduled to begin in mid-April. The project is expected to be completed by November 2023.
All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change. Motorists are advised to use extra caution through work zones, obey all traffic signs, and avoid any distractions.
