MoDOT to close I-44 ramp to Broadway Monday to Wednesday

ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use the westbound Interstate 44 (heading south) to Broadway (Exit 292B) into downtown St. Louis city will need to use an alternate route early next week as crews close the ramp for work on the Broadway bridge.

Crews will close the ramp from 9 a.m., Monday, February 27 until 6 a.m. Wednesday, March 1 to place concrete for the new bridge.

Drivers can use the eastbound I-70 ramp to Tucker (Exit 249B) or westbound I-44 to Convention Plaza (Exit 292A) to get into downtown during the closure.

Work on the project to replace the Broadway bridge over I-44 continues through this summer.
