Lane closure scheduled for portion of I-470 at Three Trails Crossing beginning on Monday, Feb. 27

JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will be making barrier wall repairs that will require the CLOSURE of one lane along westbound Interstate 470, as well as the exit ramp from westbound I-470 to northbound and southbound I-49 and northbound I-435 in Three Trails Crossing beginning at approximately 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 27, until approximately 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 5. Motorists will still be able to exit at this location but will have one less lane available. There could be delays in the area and motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, leave early, or seek an alternate route if necessary. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
