JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will be re-opening ONE LANE of the eastbound U.S. 24 bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad beginning on Tuesday, Dec. 6. Crews will be completing additional work associated with this project and all lanes are anticipated to re-open by spring 2023. This bridge was previously closed for replacement as it had reached the end of their its service life.
This bridge is included in Gov. Mike Parson’s $351 million Focus on Bridges Program, which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
