MoDOT: Plans to Replace the Greene County Route BB Bridge over Little Sac River North of Willard

Focus of Virtual (Online) Public Meeting December 12-23

Greene County – The public is invited to a virtual (online) public meeting starting Monday, December 12, to learn more about plans for replacing the Greene County Route BB bridge over Little Sac River north of Willard, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.

The meeting will be available for two weeks from Monday, December 12, until Friday, December 23, and can be accessed at www.modot.org/southwest.

During 2023, the bridge will be replaced requiring Route BB to be closed for up to three months. The new bridge will be widened from 24 feet to 32 feet.

For those unable to access the online meeting, they are encouraged to contact MoDOT’s Southwest District Office at 417.895.7600 and accommodations will be made to share the information and gather feedback.

The Greene County Route BB bridge project’s estimated total cost is $2,286,000.

Construction of the new bridge will take place in Summer of 2023.
