St. Louis Work Zones November 24-30

ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Department of Transportation will limit work on interstates and state highways starting at noon on Wednesday, November 23 to help people travel around the state during this Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Traffic will still be restricted in areas where there are permanent barriers, such as along Interstate 270 in north St. Louis County and Interstate 55 between Weber and Arsenal.  If required, crews will close lanes where needed for emergency maintenance.  Most restrictions will remain in place until 6 a.m. Monday, November 28.

On Monday, November 28, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., crews will close a section of Route D in St. Charles County to replace a pipe culvert across Route D.

During the culvert work, only local traffic can access Route D between Route 94 and Route DD. A complete closure of Route D will occur one half mile east of Route DD, where the culvert work will occur.

For more on roadway closures due to construction, additional work zone information and real-time roadway weather conditions go to http://traveler.modot.org/map. For real-time traffic, visit www.gatewayguide.com. All work is subject to change and may be shifted due to inclement weather.
