Interstate 44 Concrete Improvements to Begin Monday

CRAWFORD COUNTY – Missouri Department of Transportation maintenance crews will be making driving surface improvements next week along Interstate 44 in Crawford County.  

Concrete replacement will take place in the westbound lanes between Sullivan (mile marker 225) and Bourbon (mile marker 218) starting Monday, November 14. One lane will be closed at various work areas between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. Work is scheduled to be complete by Friday, November 18.  

MoDOT appreciates the patience of motorists traveling through the area. Drivers are advised to watch for workers on the road, avoid distractions and obey all traffic signs.
