PLATTE COUNTY – Motorists in Platte County will have to find alternate routes in November as Missouri Department of Transportation maintenance crews replace culverts on Route V in Platte County.
- Route V from Cox Rd. to SE Willis Rd. will be closed from 6 a.m. Nov. 7 until 4:30 p.m. Nov. 9.
- Route V just north of Route H will be closed from 6 a.m. Nov 14 until 4:30 p.m. Nov. 15.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
