Resurfacing project to begin tomorrow on Holt County Route B

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – A resurfacing project is scheduled to begin tomorrow on Holt County Route B from U.S. Route 59 east of Oregon to Route 113 south of Maitland. Contractors from Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation and prime contractor Herzog Contracting Corp., will begin resurfacing Route B tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 6.

Crews plan to work daylight hours, Monday through Saturday, to complete the project by Friday, Oct. 21. Flaggers and a pilot car will direct motorists through the work zone and a 10-foot width restriction will be in place.

All work is weather permitting and could be rescheduled.
