Where: Southbound I-49 between Cass County Route A/B (Exit 147) in Archie and Bates County Route A/B (Exit 120) in Rich Hill
When: 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Thursday, Sept. 12-15
What: Contractor crews resurfacing on and off ramps as part of I-49 resurfacing project
Traffic Impacts:
- Southbound on and off ramps CLOSED where crews are working
- No two consecutive interchanges closed at the same time allowing drivers to exit at the next interchange and turn around if necessary
- No signed detour
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the work zone
- Drivers should find alternate route
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
This work is part of a project to resurface a section of I-49 in Cass and Bates counties and Missouri Route 18 in Bates and Henry counties.
