Crews will complete paving and resurfacing work on Missouri Route 152 between Interstate 435 and Interstate 29. This work is part of the pavement resurfacing project on Route 152 from Route N to the west side of I-29. All work is weather permitting.
Work will take place on the following on and off ramps from 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 25 until 6 a.m. (overnight), on Aug. 26. The off ramps will be closed first, and once work is completed on the off ramps the on ramps will then be closed. These ramp closures were originally scheduled from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Aug. 25-26.
- Amity Avenue at Route 152
- Congress Avenue at Route 152
In addition, crews will continue their paving and resurfacing work in the eastbound and westbound lanes of Missouri Route 152 between Interstate 435 and Interstate 29 from 5:30 p.m.-6 a.m. until Friday, Sept. 16. This is not a complete closure and one lane eastbound and one lane westbound will remain open at all times.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
