Crews will repair pavement on Missouri Route 45 from approximately Interstate 29 to North Cosby Street. Repairs will begin at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 28, continue overnight, and end around 6 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 29.
This work will require the following closures. Motorists should expect delays in the area. All work is weather permitting.
- Crews will close the off ramp from I-29 southbound to MO 45 and the on ramp from MO 45 to I-29 southbound.
- Crews will close one lane northbound from I-29 to North Cosby on MO 45. This will include closing access to Chatham Avenue/Prairie View Road.
- Crews will close one lane southbound from North Cosby Street to I-29 on MO 45.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
