ST.CHARLES COUNTY – Crews will close all lanes of both eastbound and westbound Interstate 70 at Cave Springs Thursday, August 25 from 3 am. to 5 a.m., weather permitting.
Crews will be moving a crane across the interstate beginning in the eastbound lanes before crossing into the westbound lanes. The crane is being moved to a construction staging area on the north side of I-70 at Cave Springs.
This work is part of reconstructing the Cave Springs and Zumbehl interchanges as single point urban interchanges (SPUI) for the I-70 Cave Springs to Fairgrounds Design-Build Project.
