ST. JOSEPH, Mo. –Harrison County northbound Interstate 35 has been closed beneath Route A for emergency shoulder repairs. Contractors from Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, anticipate reopening northbound I-35 around 5 p.m. this evening, Wednesday, Aug. 24. During the closure, traffic is being rerouted up and over the northbound Route A (Exit 99) ramps.
Motorists can expect delays. All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
