Rescheduled: Ramp closures at southbound I-49, MO Route 58/171st scheduled for Aug. 23 and 24

 

CASS COUNTY – MoDOT has rescheduled it plans close various ramps in Cass County. Crew will now close the ramp from southbound Interstate 49 to Missouri Route 58/171st St. from 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23 until 6:30 a.m. the following morning. Additionally, crews will close the on-ramp from MO Route 58/171st St. to southbound I-49 from 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24 to 6:30 a.m. the following morning. These closures are for pavement repairs. All work is weather permitting.

These will be full ramp closures.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
