TRAFFIC ALERT: Three Routes in Henry & Hickory Counties Resurfaced Beginning Week of Aug. 22

Henry & Hickory Counties – Drivers can expect road closures and traffic delays on three routes in Henry and Hickory counties while MoDOT crews resurface them beginning the week of August 22, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.

These are the routes impacted:

  • August 23-25 – Henry County Route HH between Southwest 600 Road and Missouri 52 near Montrose
  • August 25, 29, 30 – Henry County Route T between Missouri Route 18 and Southwest 450 Road west of Clinton
  • August 29-31 – Hickory County Route P between U.S. Route 65 at Cross Timbers and County Road 501/66 at the Mule Shoe Conservation Area

Traffic Impact:

  • Segments of above routes CLOSED where crews are working
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching work zones
  • Work will be done during daytime hours (7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.)
  • All lanes OPEN to traffic at night
  • No signed detours
  • Drivers urged to find alternate routes to avoid work zone
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or construction delays could alter the work schedule.
