Hickory & Dallas Counties – Drivers can expect road closures and traffic delays on two routes in Hickory and Dallas counties while MoDOT crews resurface them the week of August 22, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
These are the routes impacted:
- August 22-23 – Hickory/Dallas County Route BB between U.S. Route 54 and Dallas County Route D east of Preston
- August 24-25 – Hickory County Route F between Hickory County Route P and U.S. 54 east of Cross Timbers
Traffic Impact:
- Segments of above routes CLOSED where crews are working
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching work zones
- Work will be done during daytime hours (7:30 a.m.-4 p.m.)
- All lanes OPEN to traffic at night
- No signed detours
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes to avoid work zone
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
