ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – A resurfacing project on Caldwell County Route 13 that was scheduled to begin Monday, Aug. 15, has been postponed. A new project start date has yet to be determined.
Herzog Contracting Corp., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, will resurface Route 13 and add shoulders from Route HH in Kingston to the Ray County line. Once construction begins, motorists will be directed through the one-lane work zone by flaggers. Crews will be present during daylight hours. All work is weather permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
