MoDOT to close eastbound I-270 entrance ramp from Old Halls Ferry Road, August 15

ST. LOUIS – Drivers who regularly use Old Halls Ferry Road to access eastbound I-270, should be aware that MoDOT will close the entrance ramp for two weeks beginning Monday, August 15 at 9 p.m. The closure will allow crews to build an entrance ramp that aligns with the new lanes on eastbound I-270. Construction of the ramp should be complete in 14 days, weather permitting.

During the closure, signed detours will direct travelers to drive south on Old Halls Ferry Road, turn left onto Chambers Road to travel eastbound to Route 367, before turning left onto Route 367 and traveling northbound to the eastbound I-270 entrance ramp.

Please visit the I-270 North Project website at: http://www.i270north.org to learn more about planned detours and other details of the project, including a project overview, detour maps and videos, and information about completed and planned construction. Travelers can also contact MoDOT’s customer service center at: 314-275-1500 or email the I-270 North Project Team at: I270North@modot.mo.gov.
