Traffic Alert: Lane and ramp closures scheduled for I-670 and I-35 July 26-27

 

JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will be conducting a bridge inspection that will require the following closures beginning on Tuesday, July 26, and Wednesday, July 27. Motorists should expect delays and should seek alternate routes if necessary. All work is weather permitting.

Tuesday, July 26

  • Beginning at 9 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m., crews will be closing:
    • The ramp from northbound Interstate 35 to westbound I-670.
      • Once the work is completed, crews will re-open the left lane to traffic.
    • The ramp and lanes from westbound I-670 to Genessee Ave.

Wednesday, July 27

  • Beginning at 9 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m., crews will be closing the on ramp to eastbound I-670 from Genessee Ave. Motorists will need to seek alternate routes at this time.
