Route P in Stoddard and Cape Girardeau Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Route 91 in Bell City to Route 25 in Delta, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will be underway Tuesday, Aug. 2 through Tuesday, Aug. 30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work zone will remain in place 24 hours a day until work is completed.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
