Permit work may close Sullivan County Route BB

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Buckeye Pipe Line Transportation, LLC, working under a permit issued by the Missouri Department of Transportation, will narrow Route BB between Jolly Road and Joiner Road beginning Thursday, July 28, to repair their pipeline. The repairs are expected to take approximately 10 days. Flaggers will direct motorists through the work zone.

There is the possibility that the repair work will require a full closure of Route BB, with no advanced notice to drivers. Should a closure be necessary, it will remain in place around-the-clock until the roadway is restored to a safe condition for motorists. No signed detour would be in place and motorists would need to seek an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
