U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway)/Glenstone Avenue Interchange Project - COMPLETED

Where: Portions of the Glenstone Avenue roundabout CLOSED at U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) and Republic Road in Springfield

When: 8 p.m.- 6 a.m. Monday-Friday, July 11-15

What: Contractor crews to install light poles and electrical work on Republic Road. This is part of the U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway)/Glenstone Avenue Interchange project.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Portions of the Glenstone Avenue roundabout CLOSED at U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) and Republic Avenue in Springfield
  • Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
  • Drivers should look for an alternate route
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
