Route M in Ste. Genevieve County Reduced for Pavement Improvements

SIKESTON—Route M in Ste. Genevieve County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement improvements, including the addition of rumble strips and adding shoulders to the roadway.  

This section of roadway is located from Highway 61 to Interstate 55, near Ozora, Missouri. 

Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, July 11, with completion anticipated Wednesday, November 30 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily.  

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
