- Eastbound I-44 bridge over Pickerel Creek west of Republic
- Westbound I-44 bridge over Dry Branch west of Republic
- Southbound U.S. Route 65 bridge over I-44 in Springfield
- North and southbound Glenstone Avenue bridge over I-44 in Springfield
When: 6 p.m. Thursday, July 7, until 4 a.m. Friday, July 8
What: MoDOT crews cleaning and sealing bridge deck/driving surfaces. The work is a preventative maintenance measure aimed at extending the life of the bridge.
Traffic Impacts:
- Nighttime lane closures for the following bridges on I-44 or over I-44:
- Eastbound I-44 bridge over Pickerel Creek west of Republic
- Westbound I-44 bridge over Dry Branch west of Republic
- Southbound U.S. Route 65 bridge over I-44 in Springfield
- North and southbound Glenstone Avenue bridge over I-44 in Springfield
- Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
