SIKESTON―Route B Mississippi County will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform asphalt overlay and add shoulders to the roadway.
This section of roadway is located between Highway 80 to U.S. 62 near Bertrand, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will begin Tuesday, July 5 with completion anticipated Friday, Aug. 30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
