Traffic Alert: Southbound I-49 ramp to Main St. in Grandview will be CLOSED June 20-27

 

JACKSON COUNTY –Crews will be closing the southbound Interstate 49 exit to Main St. in Grandview as part of the City of Grandview’s I-49 Outer Road Conversion Project. This is a TOTAL CLOSURE and will begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, June 20, until approximately 10 a.m. on Monday, June 27. There will be no signed detour during this time. Motorists will need to seek alternate routes. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
