U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway)/Glenstone Avenue Interchange Project - COMPLETED

Where: Glenstone Avenue CLOSED between U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) and Harvard Avenue in Springfield

When: 8 p.m. - 6 a.m. Monday, June 13 and Tuesday, June 14

What: Contractor crews to pave Glenstone Avenue roundabout. This is part of the U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway)/Glenstone Avenue Interchange project.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Glenstone Avenue CLOSED between U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) and Harvard Avenue in Springfield
  • Glenstone Avenue on ramp to eastbound Route 60 CLOSED
  • Nature Center Way is CLOSED at Glenstone Avenue/Republic Road interchange
  • Route 60 open
  • Crews and equipment close to traffic in areas
  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
  • Drivers should look for an alternate route
  • Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
