TRAFFIC ALERT: MO Route 97 CLOSED at Spring River in Lawrence County for Emergency Repairs June 3-4

Where: Missouri Route 97 over the Spring River north of Stotts City in Lawrence County.  

When: 6 am Friday, June 3 – 12 Noon Saturday, June 4

Details: MoDOT crews to make emergency repairs to driving surface of the Route 97 bridge over the Spring River north of Stotts City in Lawrence County.

Traffic Impacts:

  • Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
  • Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances on either end of the bridge, but will not be able to drive through the work zone
  • No signed detour
  • Drivers should look for alternate route

(Weather and/or construction delays will alter the work schedule)
