Southbound lanes remain closed

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – The northbound lanes of Interstate 35 just south of Bethany have reopened after a traffic crash in a work zone around mile marker 90, approximately 2 miles south of U.S. Route 136. Southbound drivers are being detoured around the closure at Exit 93 on Spur 69, U.S. Route 169, U.S. Route 136 and Route 13.

MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by always buckling up, keeping your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones. Know before you go and check what work zones you might encounter at traveler.modot.org.
