Both directions of I-35 in Harrison County now closed due to crashes

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Both the northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 35 just south of Bethany are closed due to traffic crashes in a work zone around mile marker 90, approximately 2 miles south of U.S. Route 136.

Drivers are being detoured around the closure at Exits 88 and 93 on Route 13, U.S. Route 136, U.S. Route 169 and Spur 69.

The duration of the northbound closure is unknown at this time.

The southbound lanes will remain closed through tomorrow morning at approximately 8:30 a.m.
