PLATTTE COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will make the following traffic changes as part of a pavement repair project in Platte County. All work is weather dependent.
Crews will close the ramp from I-29 southbound to I-435 southbound, beginning at 7 p.m., Monday, April 18 and continuing until 6 a.m., Tuesday, April 19 for repair work
Crews will close the ramp from I-435 northbound to I-29 northbound, beginning at 7 p.m., Monday, April 18 and continuing until 6 a.m., Tuesday, April 19 for repair work
Crews will close various lanes of northbound and southbound I-435 from the Missouri River to the I-29 Interchange, beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 19 and continuing until 6 a.m., Wednesday, April 20 for repair work
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
