This study is a cooperative planning process between MoDOT, St. Charles County, the Federal Highway Administration, and East-West Gateway Council of Governments. The Route N Study began as a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Study in the form of an Environmental Assessment (EA) but since has transitioned from an EA to a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study.
The PEL serves to prepare the corridor for future development stages when resources and funds become available to implement construction segment-by-segment. The meeting will provide study updates and next steps for the corridor.
This meeting is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Masks are optional. To request other special accommodations and/ or study information, please call 1-866-ASK-MoDOT or email Shaun.Tooley@modot.mo.gov.
