RESCHEDULED: Permit work to narrow northbound Interstate 35 off-ramp

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Work to widen the off-ramp from northbound Interstate 35 to Route BB/Loop 35 at Exit 52 in Clinton County has been postponed. Crossland Construction obtained a permit from the Missouri Department of Transportation to complete the work. They notified MoDOT that the project is now planned for next week, not this week as previously announced.

NEW DATES: The work zone will be active 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Tuesday, April 5 through Friday, April 8. A 15-foot width restriction will be in place.

During the four-day project, motorists on Route BB may also experience delays at the intersection, due to shoulder work.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.

MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by always buckling up, keeping your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones. Know before you go and check what work zones you might encounter at traveler.modot.org.
