St. Louis Work Zones for March 10-16

ST. LOUIS – Drivers heading into the city of St. Louis this weekend can expect several ramp and roadway closures due to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

On Saturday, March 12, drivers can expect:

  • Eastbound I-64, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., the ramps to 6th Street and 14th Street will be closed.
  • Route 100, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., the road will be closed between Tucker and Broadway.

Next week, drivers on westbound I-44 heading south into downtown St. Louis should be aware of lane closures and shifts, culminating in the closure of the express lanes Tuesday. The express lanes will remain closed until fall 2022.

  • Monday, March 14, crews will close the right lane of westbound I-44 between the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge and Broadway and the ramp to Broadway (Exit 292B) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. They will close the left lane of westbound I-44 between the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge and Broadway between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
  • Tuesday, March 15, crews will close the right lane of eastbound I-44 between downtown and the Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., They will also have a single lane closed on eastbound I-44 between downtown and Tucker from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Also, Tuesday, March 15, at 9 a.m., crews will completely close the express lanes from Union into downtown,. The express lanes will not reopen until fall 2022.

Motorists should be aware of the following on-going closures: 

  • I-44, St. Louis City, starting at 9 a.m. March 15, the express lanes are closed until September 2022.
  • I-44, St. Louis City, the southbound Broadway bridge over the interstate is closed until spring 2023.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, one lane eastbound and westbound near Jefferson closed through mid-2022.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, one lane westbound at the entrance ramp east of Jefferson to Forest Park Avenue closed through mid-2022.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, one lane of Dunn Road between Old Halls Ferry and New Halls Ferry closed.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, one lane of Pershall between West Florissant and Washington/Elizabeth will be closed until May 2022. Westbound traffic will no longer be able to use this section of Pershall.
  • Route 67, St. Louis County, northbound ramp to westbound I-270 closed till mid-2022.
  • Route 67, St. Louis County, the ramp from northbound to eastbound Route 340 is closed through mid-2022.
  • Route 340, St. Louis County, ramp from northbound Lindbergh to eastbound and westbound Route 340 closed through mid-2022.
  • I-70, St. Charles County, one lane will be closed on the north outer road between Patmos Drive and Bellmann’s Car Connection around the clock through mid-April. A portable traffic signal will direct traffic through the closure.
  • Route 364, St. Charles County, the ramp from westbound to eastbound Route 94 will be closed through summer.
