When: 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. daily, Monday, January 31 –Thursday, February 3
What: Springfield City Utilities doing permit work underneath the road
Traffic Impacts:
- Eastgate Avenue CLOSED in Springfield between Greene County Route YY/Division Street and Business Route 65/Chestnut Expressway
- Eastgate Avenue open during nighttime hours
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes. No signed detours are planned.
- Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
