When/Where:
- 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Thursday, January 20 between Hickory County Route AA & Missouri Route 254
- 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Friday, January 21 between Route 254 and Hickory County Road 270
- 8 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday, January 24 between County Road 270 and Hickory County Route H
What: MoDOT crews replacing collapsed pipes underneath the road
Traffic Impacts:
- All Route 83 lanes CLOSED where crews are working
- All Route 83 lanes OPEN during nighttime hours
- Drivers will be able to access driveways and entrances on either side of the work zone, but will not be able to travel through the work zone
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- No signed detour planned
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
