US 24/61 southbound ramp blocked by overturned semi

HANNIBAL - U.S. Route 24 southbound/u.S Route 61 ramp at Taylor is closed due to an overturned tractor trailer on the clover leaf interchange.   MSHP and Marion County Sheriff's Department are managing the incident.  Please use alternate routes.
