MoDOT Local Public Agency Oversight Process
As of January 1, 2022, Central Office Right of Way (573)751-2876 (COROW@modot.mo.gov), OR Colan & Associates (636)949-2125 (ORCLPARWO@modot.mo.gov), and Lochmueller Group (618) 667-1409 (lochlparwo@modot.mo.gov) is managing and providing oversight for all local public agency projects with new right of way. New right of way is defined as any property impact in which a property owner is required to sell to the local agency. Such as land, entrance reconnection, temporary or permanent easement, or relocation of any personal property items within the new project limits. ORCLPARWO@modot.mo.gov is providing services for Region 1 and Region 2 (Northwest District, Kansas City District, and Southwest District).
