Where: Missouri Route 37 at four locations between Wentworth and Pierce City
- Route 37 at Lawrence County Road 2225 near Pierce City
- Route 37 near Lawrence County Road 1020 west of Pierce City
- Route 37 north of Lawrence County Route VV east of Wentworth
- Route 37 at Newton County Route J (W. Chestnut Street) in Wentworth
When: 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday, November 29 through Tuesday, December 7
What: MoDOT crews replacing pipes underneath the road
Traffic Impacts:
- All lanes of Route 37 CLOSED during daytime hours only where crews are working
- All lanes of Route 37 OPEN during nighttime hours
- No work is planned on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Dec. 3-5
- Drivers will be able to access driveways and entrances on either side of the work zones, but will not be able to travel through the work zones
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- No signed detour planned
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
